They will help drive the research, design, development andpresentation of marketing and promotional materials and programs throughstorytelling, creativity and a keen analytical sense for leveraging various formsof traditional and digital content. This newposition will help implement the organization's strategic provider marketingplatform across all lines of business. They will gather, organize, manage andshare the organization's most relevant and powerful content – includingstorytelling in digital/online and video formats. They will expand ourcompany's digital content footprint, awareness and engagement with providers. Primary Responsibilities:Develop/implement long- and short-term content marketing strategies and goals that differentiate UnitedHealthcare in the marketplaceCurate and create marketing content for health care provider audiences – gathering relevant content and stories from across the organizationDevelop and implement marketing campaign tactics, including materials and content for a variety of marketing channels – toolkit materials, presentations, events, digital, and moreDevelop and align messaging across all channels, including managing internal governance processes Analyze and use market research, audience data, trends, themes, issuesHelp segment and define target audiencesOversee traffic management and work streams for producing materials, initiatives and campaignsWork in cross-functional and/or cross-segment teams, coordinating marketing insights across functional areasPerform post-campaign evaluation of communications processes , identify lessons learned and recommend changesDevelop strong relationships with key business partners/owners

Required Qualifications:5-9+ years of corporateor agency marketing related experienceAbility to createand implement content marketing strategies across channels and mediumsPast experiencemapping content to audience segmentations/profilesSuperiorwriter/storyteller in a variety of channels, formats and stylesProficiency usingcontent management systems and toolsExperiencecreating content for the web and social audiencesProjectmanagement skills and understanding how to manage the priorities of multiplestakeholders in a complex environmentWorks wellindependently and in team settingsProficiency usingweb analytics tools and/or other forms of measurement Preferred:Bachelors DegreeExperience withemail marketing and preference-based contentExperience creatingcontent for health care providers, leaders and influencersExperienceworking in highly regulated industries with complex environments and audiences(agency or corporateExperience working across multiple regions/states for a large organizationFlexibility in adapting to changing business requirementsCareers with UnitedHealthcare.
