Sr Manager, Process Management
As the ATM operations lead, you will lead a cross-functional team of process and project managers to build and deliver the required processes to support the flawless execution of new capabilities entering the ATM value chain. The processes will improve the customer experience, business efficiency, and bottom-line results of the channel. You will create, modify, and test processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders across the retail bank ATM value chain. You will also own the governance and change-well release process intended to develop robust measurements system to ensure new capabilities are performing as expected and have not resulted in regressive impacts to existing functions. Finally, you’ll apply agile delivery principles partnering with both Retail and Direct Bank Product and Engineering groups in the delivery and sustainability of new capabilities.
We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in an agile team environment and is an expert in process improvement. This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in better customer outcomes while saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a cross functional team in delivering value to our customers through continuous process improvement and faster capability deployment while maintaining high infrastructure availability.
Managing, motivating and leading a high performing team of associates
Designing and producing metrics used to measure efficiency and effectiveness of new capabilities entering the ATM value channel
Leading testing design and execution for large scale software and hardware deployments
Driving process improvements aligned with desired customer outcomes
Analyzing, identifying, and correcting data issues with systems used or owned by a department
Providing subject matter expertise on processes when representing the department in audits and with other stakeholders
Partnering with and influencing Product and Engineering resources
Bachelor’s Degree or military experience
At least 3 years of experience in Process management
At least 3 years of experience in People management
At least 3 years of experience working in an agile environment
Certified in Lean, or Agile, or Six Sigma, or Business Process Management
5+ years of experience in Process management
5+ years of experience in Project management
5+ years of experience in People management
