You should have a terminal degree: Ph.D. or MBA or MS or equivalent in aforementioned fields or a closely related discipline.
You have industrial experience and/or teaching in these areas.
You have a record of industrial experience in the corresponding area. You currently are or have worked at a senior level management in a private sector or for profit technology-intensive industry.
You have a documented record of university teaching in the specific area
You are available to teach during the evening hours and/or weekends.
