The Team: We're a global team that is dedicated to supporting and training our diverse clients on the insurance solutions available on S&P Global Market Intelligence.

What's in it for you: We're looking for an associate to join our team of tech-savvy, client-focused professionals who support our solutions for insurance users. As an associate you are the epitome of client support; providing exceptional customer service while showcasing vast knowledge about the S&P Global tools, our data, and the industries we cover. The top financial institutions in the world will be coming to you for guidance . This will allow you refine your business knowledge or to learn it if you don't have already relevant coursework or experience.
Receive inbound calls, emails, and chats on a daily basis and address questions related to how we capture, process, and display data
The associate will become an industry specialist and act as a resource for colleagues and clients across the globe.
Over time the associate will take on additional responsibilities including, but not limited to, leading weekly trainings and hosting/recording client training sessions
Recording accurate and timely tracking of client issues within our Client Relationship Management system
Documentation of newly found solutions and product updates
Collaboration with internal teams across the organization to route client concerns, improvement requests and sales leads
Staying current on existing and newly developed product offerings
What We're Looking For:
Bachelor/Undergraduate Degree holder, preferably in finance or accounting.
Strong problem solving skills
Excellent verbal and written communication
Willingness to help clients
Attention to detail
Proficient with Microsoft suite of products
Ability to multitask and work with minimal supervision
CFA, ACCA, PMP certifications would be an advantage
