The team of surgeons at Island Eye Surgicenter(IES) performs approximately 20,000 procedures per year in our recently built six-OR facility. Bachelor's Degree in health care administration or related field is required. A Master's degree is preferred. CASC highly desirable.
Minimum 5 years of experience in a Surgery Center environment (case volume of 20,000 or greater); ophthalmology surgery center experience preferred.
RN, PA, PA-C highly desirable.

Survey and Accreditation
Financial Management and Reporting
Data Amalgamation and Interpretation
Facility and Equipment Oversight
