Manage the delivery of security services by vendors, principally man-guarding and transport security, including appropriate budgetary control, audit of training and operational deliver/risk. Strong emphasis of services to the Latin America Region.
Deliver security service operations in line with global security policy, standards and procedures
Closely manage sensitive and confidential investigations in concert with General Counsel's Office and HR staff, Alternate Member of Threat Assessment Group
Manage emergencies to a successful conclusion, coordinating as necessary with the Security Emergency Response Team, BCM and other key stakeholders
Conduct periodic, risk-based, local security assessments of bank facilities, approved hotels and frequently used airports
Manage travel security for employees, including providing security advice and briefings, and by using the Travel Tracker Tool, communicating in the event of an emergency.
Work closely with colleagues in GBSS to provide security advice to support capital projects, both in design and construction phases
Conduct security investigations and implement crime prevention measures
Provide security support to Corporate Events
Work with GSS Intelligence and regional vendors to provide timely threat and risk assessments

Well-grounded experience in all aspects of physical security, investigations and crisis management
A strong understanding and practical experience of the qualities and capabilities needed to deliver effective security operations, strategy, policy and governance within a global organization. Minimum ten (10) years security and/or intelligence experience in law enforcement, government or military.
Equally as important is three to five (3-5) years' experience in working within a Fortune 500 corporate environment.
Ability to challenge, influence and guide a senior group of managers in order to provide the best solution for the Bank.
A track record of establishing productive, collaborative relationships in a large global organization and externally with peers and other security, government, law enforce-ment, intelligence and business organizations.
Strong leadership and decision-making skills, particularly when under pressure.
Anticipated travel: 20% Travel experience with previous assignments in the Americas Region (North, South and Central America) preferred.
Broad network within the financial and corporate security industries, as well as with law enforcement and other government agencies. Inclusion in security organizations such as ASIS, IAFCI, FS-ISAC and National Law Enforcement Groups preferred.
