Wholesale Banking provides financial solutions to businesses across the United States and globally. Responsible for review and funding of commercial lease and loan documentation for equipment financing. Functions include auditing transaction structure and documentation ensuring compliance with Wells Fargo policies and approved credit parameters, funding approval and disbursement. Assists in identifying viable solutions to resolve documentation issues and responsible for final approval of transaction for funding. Verifies perfection of security interest in collateral and compliance with company policies. Responsible for coordinating transaction closings and may coordinate transactions involving the purchase of third party paper with the Program Source and Territory Manager. May act as liaison between Territory Managers and Corporate Legal group. May interface directly with external WF Customers.
This position will be responsible for meeting customer expectations as it relates to account maintenance of lease and loan accounts and other duties as assigned. This position may research and analyze customer escalations to ensure compliance. Duties include completing service requests within allocated time that may include complex customer and business escalations, service issues, gathering and reviewing data and offering resolutions.
This position is located at 1010 Thomas Edison Blvd Cedar Rapids, IA 52404.
Site/work hours are 8:00am-430pm with flexibility to work earlier or later depending on customer's needs. Month end may require staying later than normal shift.

2+ years of business experience, administrative support experience, or a combination of both
