Serco, Inc is searching for a contracts administrator to join their team in San Diego, California . You will conduct proposal preparation, contract negotiation, and administration of major contracts.
Duties to include but not limited to:
Analyzes estimates of service, material, equipment, and production costs.
Monitors company performance for conformance to original proposal and performs continual reviews to ensure that all terms and conditions are met and that the contract is in accordance with legal requirements, customer specifications, and government regulations.
Prepares and disseminates information throughout the company regarding contract status, compliance, modification, deviation, negotiation, and termination.
Initiates documentation to authorize and direct work in accordance with contractual specifications.
Requires a Bachelor`s degree and 8+ years experience.
Professional certification through NCMA or a college preferred.
Strong writing and analytic skills essential.
Demonstrated leadership skills preferred.
Broad experience preferred covering both services and product contracting.
An understanding of international, state, local and commercial contracting preferred.
Strong analytic skills preferred.
Must be self-motivated.
