SACM Product Management Organization a part of the IT Service Operations Group that is looking for a recognized visionary Product Business Analyst to provide strategic business solutions to the existing and/or future products in support of the Technology Strategy 2022. This role will be accountable for serving as a SACM product tools and/or processes supporting key areas; such as: Vulnerabilities, Patch Standards, Configuration and Data Management along with SW/HW Asset classes and Reporting within the SACM Organization. This is a key role for product representation between client area and technical organization by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of the most complex, strategic, corporate-wide business problems to be solved with automated systems by providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing technical procedures that are cost effective and meet business requirements. Applies knowledge of industry trends and technology to drive organizational change and position Wells Fargo for the future. This role will also work with user groups to provide training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and recommend changes. Participates in transforming strategic enterprise architecture and design principles into specific system requirements and specifications.
7+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience, or a combination of both
6+ years of information technology experience
2+ years of ServiceNow experience
3+ years of experience in application & data architecture and solution design
3+ years of experience with data governance and management practices
2+ years of experience working with the Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) Framework
2+ years of Agile experience
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Outstanding problem solving and analytical skills with ability to turn findings into strategic imperatives
Ability to work independently
Ability to organize and manage multiple priorities

A BS/BA degree or higher in information technology
