The Governance and Compliance within Commercial Lending & Banking Technology (CLBT) Chief Operating Office is dedicated to providing superior support to our business partners by being knowledgeable experts on our compliance and remediation effort.
The role will provide first line business support to all business users in Commercial Lending and Banking Technology. AMCT, iTracker and Single Pane of Glass are widely used in the Commercial Lending and Banking Technology organization, which provides additional opportunities to partner with, and support, other business groups and gain an extensive understanding of their business workflows and related technical systems.
Responsibilities may include:
Support complex business / iTracker and AMCT system issues through monitoring and responding to user inquiries
Researching, tracking, resolving and reporting simple to moderately complex iTracker and AMCT issues
Process user generated work requests and internal projects
Create and/or maintain iTracker and AMCT documentation and procedures
Develop processes to assist teams with achieving compliance objectives
Collaborate with managers and staff to understand problems and resolve issues
Present strategic initiatives and completion metrics to Senior Level leaders
Complete configuration tasks within iTracker and AMCT applications
Ability to gather information from different and varied sources to clarify a moderately complex situation.
May act as liaison between business users and technology partners by assisting with new products and system upgrades throughout the project lifecycle
10+ years of business systems analysis experience, design experience, or a combination of both
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Other Desired Qualifications
8+ years of IT systems, business process management/operations or financial services industry experience
General Understanding of data protection methodologies – encryption, masking, hardening
Experience with Technology Compliance Programs
Experience in the financial/banking industry is preferred
Experience with the Pac2000/Remedy asset management system
Experience with Oracle Database products and service oriented architecture
Able to take ownership of issues and resolve with limited supervision
Able to prioritize multiple, competing initiatives in an organized manner
Ability to communicate with both technical and non-technical team members and all levels of management
Solid critical thinking skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy skills
Advanced Microsoft Office skills
