The Enterprise Customer Excellence Group (ECEG) brings together customer-focused functions from across the enterprise to provide a holistic approach to critical points of interaction with Wells Fargo customers. The group, which includes the Enterprise Complaints Management Office, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence and Net Promoter System, is responsible for understanding the causes of issues that affect customers, and providing solutions that ensure customers' needs are understood and supported. The group is also accountable for ensuring regulators' expectations are met and that team members have the tools and training necessary for success.
The Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (COE) organization is an enterprise function. This organization develops and implements consistent enterprise standards for resolving customer remediation issues across the Wells Fargo Enterprise. The organization enables more effective and coordinated monitoring, reporting and stakeholder communications. Enhancing our practices and outcomes for customers is a critical part of building a better Wells Fargo.
Reporting into the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence (COE) Execution Forecast and Capacity Planning Leader, this position will support the build out and support of a new execution reporting team. Duties include insight consulting, analytics/modeling, and database/information management. Evaluates, recommends and implements strategies for developing and utilizing technical and/or analytic resources to enable initiatives that predict, improve, support, and measure business success (e.g. metrics dashboards, measurement analysis, recommendations for operational improvements, etc.). This requires a full understanding of business objectives and underlying drivers to embed them into information, analytic, and data management processes. Responsibilities include working with clients to define issues and information needs and translating them into specific data/technical requirements to support business initiatives and projects; determining the required capabilities, tools and data; leveraging and developing multiple internal or external information sources; managing and prioritizing multiple complex projects and project teams; maintaining necessary processes, controls and procedures to ensure data accuracy and integrity. Ensures adherence to data management/data governance regulations and policies. Data involved may be very large, structured or unstructured, and from multiple sources.
This function will engage in developing the strategic roadmap of the centralized reporting function, and will maintain the Strategic Plan for the COE's reporting needs. Manages a team that includes mid to senior level consultants. The critical impact of this role will be the provision of key guidance, and the development of strong business partnerships to support the effectiveness of tool and report development. This will include providing clear guidance on projects, supporting senior consultants in preparing business requirements and accessing resources for success.
