Wells Fargo Corporate Trust Services' Structured Products Services (SPS), located in Minneapolis, MN is seeking a highly motivated individual to fill a SAS Analyst 2 position for the Bond Administration team of the Asset Backed Securities (ABS) division. Analysts will be responsible for ongoing daily payment processing of securitization transactions of low to moderate complexity in accordance with the applicable documents and Wells Fargo policies. The analyst would also be responsible for maintaining the accounts by following ongoing investment and cash management of the clients' accounts per their direction and the governing documents. Specific duties for this role include: calculating, verifying and processing the periodic cash flow waterfalls; monitoring account balances and reviewing covenant compliance items; coordinating the cash movement of fundings, redemptions and other activities, as needed; researching cash transaction questions raised by the various securitization parties. Additionally, this position requires the review of all controlling legal document sections relative to the processing of cash, along with the potential for complete set-up of payment systems and calculations for newly issued series of securities in accordance with deal documents and departmental procedures. This position is also responsible for customer support by maintaining and providing prompt and accurate service for external customers and internal departments to answer questions, resolve issues and improve deal-specific process flows along with communicating issues to the appropriate parties to ensure timely resolution and risk mitigation to Wells Fargo.

1+ year of experience in one or a combination of the following: financial service, accounting, or analytical analysis; or a BS/BA degree or higher; or 2+ years of military experience

A BS/BA degree or higher in business administration, economics, accounting, finance, or other business related field
