The Strategic Execution & Operations (SEO) Office focuses on achieving quality performance across our businesses to enable the company to execute more effectively against our regulatory priorities and further drive our transformation.
The Enterprise Framework Office (EFO) is a new team, sitting within the Strategic Execution and Operations Office (SEO), responsible for identifying, developing, operationalizing, and executing strategic initiatives to align various frameworks into a unified Enterprise Framework allowing for end-to-end transparency across the Enterprise through the normalization and connection of disparate data sets. This team will enable Enterprise views to enhance risk reduction, identify efficiency opportunities and provide business insights to make informed strategic decisions. EFO is responsible for driving enterprise-wide transformation by identifying the core components for integration, designing the operational model, building a robust change management strategy, and establishing enterprise-wide governance including the creation of policies and procedures for standardizing the overarching Enterprise framework model. This role will be responsible for designing how the data structures across the Enterprise Components are linked and integrated. It will additionally, defining sections of the overall Enterprise Framework meta-model. Today, the Enterprise Framework inventories include: Products, Services, Processes, Risks, Controls, Issues, MRs, Risk Events, Policies, Quantitative Models, Systems, Employees, Facilities, EUCTs, Third Parties, Organizations, Legal Entities, Financials, and Projects. Others may be added in the future. The role will need to interact frequently with data leads and business SMEs across these inventories. The role will be in a position to design the integrated data structures that span these teams and systems.
Assess current data structures of Enterprise Framework components based on priority set by the Enterprise Framework leadership team.
Help define a target state meta-model which illustrates how the detailed data elements need to fit together. Drive out the details of the 'low-level' data element views as well as 'high level' summaries for senior leaders.
Partner closely with Enterprise BPM Platform (iGrafx) team on data structure design and implementation as the BPM Platform serves as the primary connection point for most of the components.
Partner with the BPM Tools Development Team to assess demands and ensure designs architecturally aligned to the EF target state.
Co-author Enterprise Framework interface contracts between systems.
Proactively define advancements and make recommendations that that improve long term operation of the framework.
Work with different strategic programs and initiatives across enterprise and provide education about the Enterprise Framework.
Partner with the BPM Program team to develop and enhance a robust internal meta model.
Provide subject matter expertise on object modeling standards.
A strong contributor who is able to influence others to adopt and implement new designs and strategies.

Broad and deep experience defining object models and/or enterprise data model for large organizations.

5+ years of strategic planning experience

A BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative discipline
Other Desired Qualifications
1+ years of 'hands-on' iGrafx tool design and development experience.
Proven technical experience, designing systems integrations and/or delivering the development of technology assets/ functionality
Experience with enterprise change initiatives and/or within a function that impacts enterprise user base
Experience/exposure to one or more of following domains: data modeling, systems integrations, process engineering, operational risk, compliance, business architecture
Experience interacting with EGS team members and/or enabling Enterprise Global Services platform
Experience and familiarity developing technical functionality under Agile methods
Track record of success in transformational leadership within a large, complex matrixed organization.
Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
