As an Analytic Consultant on the Compliance Assurance Services (CAS) Team, you will be responsible for driving compliance management and Operational Health of our Core Engineering products and assets. In this role, you will operate in an Agile work environment, work across disciplines and organizations to ensure compliance gaps are identified and addressed, processes are efficient, and asset management compliance is maintained within identified thresholds.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:
Work with key stakeholders to ensure compliance requirements are well defined, understood and meet business needs
Develop regular and ad-hoc reporting to help identify trends and root cause of issues
Deliver reporting analysis that drives remediation focus
Engage asset owners to drive remediation and improve process
Identify process improvements to deliver clarity, efficiency, and improved controls
Develop and contribute to leadership compliance reporting
Execute in an Agile work environment
6+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling; or a Masters degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis and 4+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: reporting, analytics, or modeling
7 + years of experience in one or a combination of the following: strategic planning, initiative management or project management
3+ years of reporting experience, analytics experience, or a combination of both; or a BS/BA degree or higher in a quantitative field such as applied math, statistics, engineering, physics, accounting, finance, economics, econometrics, computer sciences, or business/social and behavioral sciences with a quantitative emphasis
2 + years of experience gathering, analyzing and interpreting large datasets
2+ years of experience with Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) concepts
Extensive knowledge and understanding of research and analysis
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills

Strong organizational and prioritization skills

Familiarity with ServiceNow Experience with Cobit, ITIL or Six Sigma
Familiar with Agile and Scrum Project Management methodology
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills including the ability to document requirements, document processes, summarize information, and make presentations to upper management
