Position Summary: Participates in the design, implementation and administration of compensation, pay grade and salary administration programs that promotes the Compensation Philosophy. Provides compensation analysis, benchmarking, reporting, and problem solving in support of those programs. Participates in compensation surveys and conducts ad-hoc benchmarking and market research. Oversees Incentive Compensation and Stock programs.
Conducts analysis of multiple and complex data sources to create various compensation models. Scenarios may include predictive analytics to identify future trends and risk. Asks well-informed questions to diagnose problems/needs.
Partners with human resources business partners and business line leaders to write and revise job descriptions for new and existing positions and to respond to compensation inquiries.
Recommends, conducts and participates in assigned salary surveys in order to understand competitive compensation levels across the company.
Designs and maintains compensation dashboards to provide insightful metrics to key stakeholders.
Applies advanced knowledge supported by analytical data and compensation strategy to solve complex problems and develop original solutions.
Completes job evaluation studies and ensure that job descriptions on file are current, complete and accurate meeting all FLSA regulations.
Conducts job evaluations, with capability to determine FLSA classification.
Partner with cross-functional teams to implement improvements related to Compensation and cross-functional processes.
Ensures compliance with applicable regulations governing compensation programs.
Assists in the administration of incentive compensation and equity award programs.
Assist with designing and creating compensation education sessions for line managers, HRBP’s and Talent Acquisition teams.
Deliver all compensation data for annual reviews.
Maintain all data responsible for audits.
Maintains a current understanding of state and federal employment law including but not limited to Wage and Hour law, Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA), Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, discrimination laws, equal employment opportunity, affirmative action, Office of Foreign Asset Control (OFAC) regulations, Sexual Harassment, Family and Medical Leave, California Family Rights Act, Americans with Disabilities Act, Health Insurance Portability and Accountability Act (HIPPA), Employee Retirement Income Security Act (ERISA), Employee Safety and Workers’ Compensation.

Education, Experience, And Other Skills Required:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field is preferred.
3-5 years of relevant experience in compensation analysis and evaluation is required.
Certified Compensation Professional (CCP) certification - completion or working towards completion preferred.
Experience with creating salary structures including salary grades and ranges is required.
Advanced proficiency with Excel.
Experience with external equity tools such as Computershare or Certent.
Strong attention to detail, analytical capabilities, and organizational skills.
Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Exceptional presentation skills.
