The Head of Supervisory Analysts position will oversee a group of 14 Supervisory Analysts (SA) across Equity and Fixed Income products. The role will be instrumental in driving productive collaboration with the research team, organizing and managing workflow for productivity and efficiency, and working closely with the Content Distribution Group to manage though the adoption of a new research publications system. The Head of Supervisory Analysts should foster an environment of collaboration and partnership with not only Research Publications, Research Compliance, and Legal, but also with publishing analysts. The role will be expected to drive the optimization of the research clearance process from end to end.

Other Desired Qualifications
10+ yrs experience as a Supervisory analyst, preferably in both equity and fixed income
5+ yrs experience as a manager of Supervisory Analysts, preferably both for equity and fixed income
5+ yrs experience as a financial analyst, in either equity or fixed income
Strong understanding of the sell-side research business model, including revenue drivers, competitive landscape, regulatory setting, and all other industry dynamics
Demonstrated ability to work closely with research analysts, research publications, compliance, and legal in a productive and collaborative way
Demonstrated ability to design and implement efficient workflow
Analytical skills and process orientation with a focus on data informing business decisions
FINRA Requirement Registration for FINRA Series 16 must be completed within 90 days of hire date if it is not available for transfer upon hire. FINRA recognized equivalents will be accepted.
