Job Duties include but not limited to: The Case Management and Workflow Technology group is a technology team, with multiple Java-based solutions implemented throughout the enterprise, covering multiple lines of business. The growth in business need for automated case management solutions has continued to rise, as our partners look for robust/reliable solutions that can be quickly delivered. Thus, our team is engaged with consulting, prototyping, design, development and support of BPM solutions that reach across multiple business divisions and disciplines.
This position will have the responsibility for being a lead business analyst driving solutions through the requirement gathering, user story enrichment, functional requirements and production implementation of the individual projects. Assignments will typically be the more complex/larger-scale/higher-profile deliverables.
This position will provide project and base support to the Case Management & Workflow Technology (CMWT) organization and will include the following:
Analyzes business requirements, designs, and writes technical specifications for computer solutions.
Communicates effectively with business and technical partners.
Designs medium level database configurations, roles, and security access.
Develops functional specification and technical design documents.
Coordinates and leads production deployment consistent with security policy and installation standards.
Undertakes and successfully executes a broad range of technical assignments.
Participates in Disaster Recovery testing.
Understands BCP, quality, security and compliance requirements for supported area and analyzes additions and changes for risk to the environment.
Participates in testing and updating the business continuity plan.
Verifies program logic by overseeing the preparation of test data, testing and debugging of programs.
Participates in overall systems testing for projects across the application.
Acts as an escalation point for application support and troubleshooting, provides guidance and direction to less experienced staff in resolution of escalated issues and/or complex production, application or system problems.
Develops new documentation, participates in the development of department technical procedures and designs user guides.

5+ years of business systems analysis experience, business systems design experience or a combination of both demonstrated through work, military, or education
2+ years of Agile experience
2+ years of JIRA experience
Knowledge and understanding of operation work flows/processes
Knowledge and understanding of governance and compliance expected from providing solutions in systems and technology domains
Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Experience using the team collaboration software Confluence
Financial industry experience
Experience working in a large enterprise environment
Other Desired Qualifications
Proven ability to collaborate with business partners to define project delivery roadmaps
Hands-on experience with solution testing/training/support
Demonstrated ability to handle requirements gathering and enrichment for a complex feature-set project
Knowledge and understanding of Cloud computing, PaaS design principles and micro services and containers
CSBA (Certified Senior Business Architect) and/or equivalent training/experience
Experience managing SDLC project requirements and change/deployment management
Ability to work additional hours as needed
