Enterprise Finance drives financial management for the company and maintains and enhances risk and financial controls. Key functions within Enterprise Finance include finance and accounting; Treasury; corporate development, mergers, and acquisitions; Data Management and Insights, the Customer Remediation Center of Excellence, Enterprise Shared Services, Business Process Management, and Corporate Strategy. Enterprise Finance informs shareholders, regulators, taxing authorities, team members, and leaders of the company's financial performance through earnings releases, investor meetings and conferences, and meetings with regulators and credit rating agencies, following appropriate reporting guidelines. They also maintain and enhance risk and financial controls and lead many of the company's shared services functions including corporate properties, security, and global services.
Enterprise Operational Support provides execution of centralized operational processing and Governance activities to ensure rigorous control and operational excellence.
The Customer Data Management Program is focused on efforts related to Customer Data Management strategy, Regulatory data integrity oversight, and overall due diligence of new opportunities. The team works in partnership with Data Management & Insights, Financial Crimes Risk Management, Corporate Finance, Corporate Risk, Technology, and our Line of Business partners to develop an integrated, multi-year, regulatory, customer data management road map and establish a Center of Excellence to serve as the validation and conflict remediation source of customer information.
Responsibilities for this role may include:
Working all complexities and risk levels: Low, Medium and High priority cases
Completing no less than 4 hours per year of self-directed subject matter related training
Conducting research in Hogan (3270 Screens) and other research tools as necessary to verify information
Representing the department in collaborative efforts involving other lines of businesses
Regularly conferring with Management, making recommendations to improve overall efficiency and performance
Communicating important developments to leadership that may jeopardize overall business objectives in a timely manner
Monitoring and keeping Management advised of new and emerging trends and patterns seen in investigations of the team
Analyzing submitted documentation to determine if it meets established guidelines
Communication that requires well developed written and verbal communication skills
Working in a fast paced production environment to meet deadlines
Completing very detailed work with a high degree of accuracy
Adjusting to multiple demands, shifting priorities, ambiguity, and rapid change
Adaptability and flexibility to meet departmental and work objectives
3+ years of experience in one or a combination of the following: financial services, fraud, investigations, Bank Secrecy Act, anti-money laundering, or criminal justice demonstrated through work or military experience; or an AA/AS degree or higher in applied sciences, mathematics, statistics, economics, finance or criminal justice and 2+ years of the experience listed above
Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Good analytical skills including analyzing complex data
Strong attention to detail and accuracy skills
Ability to navigate multiple computer system windows, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Experience meeting high production and quality standards in a fast paced, development and production support environment
