This position is within Corporate Trust Services (CTS) - Document Custody, a division within Commercial Capital.
We provide document review, certification and safekeeping services for clients which include investment banks, insurance companies and government agencies.
This position will manage the day to day operations for a operational unit and/or staff on a Private Certifications review team.
Supervise the daily volume of one of residential loan flow and bulk review team to ensure deadlines are met.
Potential staff of 10-12 non-exempt team members with 0-10 managed resources.
Strategize daily and coordinate with the Private Client Group (PCG) management and Relationship Management team to meet stringent deadlines from clients.
Manage staffing to ensure team members are fully productive; managed resources are retained only when necessary.
Conduct monthly one-on-one sessions with each direct report to review progress and provide feedback.
Co-facilitate with the other managers in the group and conduct a staff meeting with direct reports once per month.
Complete written performance reviews for each direct report at mid-year and year-end.
Ensure the production and quality check statistics are inputted into the QA database daily.
Ensure production and quality assurance goals for every task are met or exceeded.
Ensure processes and procedures are followed and documented.
Interact with our internal customers on a daily basis.
Create, promote and reinforce the customer-centric and collaboration culture.
Manage and held accountable for the successful completion of assigned special projects including planning, implementation, tasks assignment, routine and complex research, and follow up.

3+ years of operations experience demonstrated through work or military experience
1+ year of leadership experience in an operations environment
