Our CL Compliance and Operational Risk (COR) team partners with the businesses to implement strong compliance and operational risk management practices in an efficient, controlled, process-driven, and customer-focused manner. This Business Risk and Control Manager within COR will be responsible for managing the development, implementation, and monitoring of a risk-based compliance program for a business unit to assure compliance with federal, state, agency, legal, and regulatory requirements.
Manages the system and data associated with third party evaluations conducted on an internal tool, Agile Governance Tool, AGT.
Manages the team that maintains the testing templates and documentation.
Manages the team that creates and implements reports and analyzes data associated with the evaluations.
Ensures coordination and communication between AGT users.
Works with users to identify and resolve defects and/or enhancements.
