Responsible for a variety of pre-close and post-close activities for moderately complex to complex commercial, commercial real estate and/or problem loans. Responsibilities include: thorough review of documentation being requested, work closely with line of business offices on loan documentation requests,  detailed review of loans and customer relationship,  preparing documentation, working with our legal department to finalize documents, coordinating all aspects of loan closings; performing customer, loan and regulatory diligence; on-going portfolio maintenance; accurately evaluating and uploading data into the bank systems of record; ensuring compliance with all bank policies, procedures and regulatory requirements; may review and/or prepare loan related documents; may provide guidance and training to other team members.

• 3+ years of commercial loan closing experience, commercial loan administration experience, or a combination of both

• Commercial loan documentation, preparation, or review experience
• Intermediate Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) skills
• Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
• Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Effective organizational, multi tasking, and prioritizing skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced deadline driven environment
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
• Ability to work independently
• Ability to review and interpret complex commercial loan documents
• Experience with one or a combination of the following systems: Business Lending and Sales Tracking (BLAST), Hogan, Automated Financial Systems (AFS) commercial loan system, or SeeMorePlus
• Knowledge and understanding of Automated Financial Systems (AFS) used to interpret loan documentation and researching

The salary range displayed below is based on a Full-time 40 hour a week schedule.
