The Collections Specialist International is responsible for monitoring and follow up on delinquent customer accounts within assigned portfolio to collect payment on overdue CAP invoices. Primary focus includes international accounts within the Middle East.
Core Job Responsibilities
Providing overall collection support related to customer credit holds, credit checks, disputed items to ensure accurate customer receivable balances.
Research and resolution of customer billing and credit issues.
Providing overall support within the Customer Financial Services Team as directed by CFS Collection Supervisor.

Strong computer skills: Excel, Word, Accounts Receivable and Collection applications.
Preferred experience: Oracle, Salesforce.
Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related discipline preferred.
Four to six years related experience required.
International Experience preferred.
