The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Global Digital Asset Production Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Collaborating with MSC team to create content that aligns with customer journey.
Aligning with MSC, Design and Divisions to produce global content to support digital customer engagement.
Bringing graphic design and digital content production, including video, thought leadership to projects - using software like Adobe CC, including InDesign, Photoshop and Adobe Premier Pro.
Following development of brand guidelines by 3M Design and Divisions, use guideline to develop virtual customer engagement tactics visual identity.
Creating technically accurate, audience appropriate, on-brand visual content as defined by the content strategy from the brief.
Building content for digital channels. Collaborate with Global Writer and UX/IA on development of assets.
Creating technically accurate, audience appropriate, on-brand content as defined by the digital customer engagement content strategy from the brief.
Optimizing content for best engagement with customers (SEO, etc.)
Managing and catalogue content, as needed.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Four (4) years of design experience across B2B or B2C in a private, public, government or military environment
Experience in Adobe CC, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator. Strong typography & visual skills
Experience working in B2B campaigns and/or businesses
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Portfolio will be requested
Familiarity with developing a narrative for digital experiences and video in training and marketing.
Creative thinker who is motivated by finding dynamic solutions to complex problems
Experience with Adobe Premiere Pro and Power Director software
Ability to manage multiple requests efficiently and meet deadlines
Travel: May include up to 5% Travel
Relocation Assistance: Is not authorized
