This role is responsible for working with cross-functional business leaders to understand/evaluate strategic focus areas and collaborate on what transformation services can be leveraged to help the organization achieve expected financial and operational results. Leader will partly achieve these results by leveraging trained greenbelts and blackbelts within the organization in coordination with business leaders to identify focused project initiatives with a high level of complexity, requiring specialized skills and oversight. Additionally, focus of leader will be to design, develop, and maintain a repository of repeatable and scalable reference tools for commonly requested transformation services within the business. This role's oversight closely aligns to McKesson foundational playbook strategy to strengthen our core through continued operational excellence while enabling transformational goals by enacting a growth mindset.
Position Description / Responsibilities: - Define/brand portfolio of specialized team service offerings for expanded awareness and utilization to enable organizational transformation initiatives -Operationalize current and future state transformation services commonly provided to organization for wider adoption and scalability -Identify fiscal year continuous improvement savings goals and focus areas in alignment with organizational strategic priorities - Identify and track project initiatives across the org in continuous reconciliation back to fiscal year savings goals and communicate results back to senior leadership on a monthly basis - Lead and oversee complex, multi-stakeholder organizational project initiatives as deemed necessary - Oversee implementation and ongoing maintenance of organizational greenbelt and blackbelt training program - Develop/mentor trained and aspiring blackbelts on a path to personal growth and organizational career advancement
Critical Requirements: - Trained blackbelt with working knowledge/experience in Six Sigma business process methodology and associated tools -Strong business/financial acumen and background - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Powerpoint - Results oriented with proven experience communicating business outcomes and results to various levels of leadership - Proven leadership track record of coaching and developing employees - Excellent organization, prioritization, and time-management skills - Proven ability to partner with varying levels of leadership to influence and drive change - Proven ability to work effectively in a dynamic and changing environment - 4 year degree or equivalent working experience - 10+ years of professional work experience and 4+ years leadership experience
Additional Requirements: - Healthcare industry experience preferred
