Candidate should be open to learn new Technologies and flexible to support Shifts. In Database Operations team, everyone gets to learn different Cloud Native relational and NoSQL databases. You as a DBA will work with different stakeholders to implement the corporate security policy in the database to protect against external and internal threats.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $62,200 - $129,200. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
Bachelor's degree (BS) in Computer Science or equivalent required from an accredited institution
You will provide BAU support for existing Analytics platforms and technologies, including the development of defect fixes.
Utilizing your analysis and collaborative skills, you will work with the development manager, architects, and other developers to build optimal technical solutions.
You will be responsible for documenting system and workflow operations which will be used by the IT shared services teams in support of our applications.
We are looking for candidates with excellent verbal and written communication skills [English] and the ability to quickly digest technical/organizational information and use this information to solve problems.
Strong knowledge in following areas:
* Shell Scripting and Python
* SQL Query and database system tuning for performance [execution plan optimization]
