WHY IT MATTERS
The SBA Compliance and Portfolio Risk Analyst is the most immediate, holistic support for Busey Relationship Managers and the VP - GGL Compliance as they manage the risk in the portfolio of loans within Busey's GGL division. Through a dynamic, customer-centric model, the SBA Compliance and Risk Analyst will play a critical role in the proactive management of risk in the portfolio and in the participation of corresponding government loan programs.
EDUCATION & TRAINING
Requires a 4-year college degree with an emphasis in Accounting or Finance.
Requires 5 or more years of banking, finance or sales related experience.
At least 3 years' experience in credit analysis or underwriting preferred.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office.
