Global Head of Agile PMO
Grade ( relevant for internal applicants only ): 14 This key role reporting directly to the CTO is responsible for defining and enabling the enterprise, operational, and cultural components that will drive our global Agile transformation. This position will use top-down and bottom-up cultural transformation approaches to define, effect, and report on measurable, positive, sustainable change. Calling upon their experience and expertise, they will help define and build S&P Global Rating's global Agile transformation strategies, and then work with all levels of the organization to affect positive, sustainable change. They will balance agility with the need for formal risk management approaches through formal processes, whilst applying empirical continuous improvement
