Serve as the primary liaison with our third party insurance vendor. Retrieve any requested documentation from Bank's imaging system or other third-party insurance vendor, communicate with the Lenders and Loan Coordinators regarding inadequate insurance and forced placed insurance, maintain forced placed insurance report from vendor, maintain daily reports, and handle any additional inquiries.
Responsible for imaging insurance documents into the Bank's imaging system for the Commercial Lending Division as well as maintaining annual insurance covenants on nCino regarding the insurable collateral, other than real estate, for the entire Commercial portfolio in addition to any and all collateral for SBA loans.
Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual verifications on life insurance policies.
Serve as an additional paid specialist when necessary to review paid loans and release any collateral.
Assist with insurance document research for internal and external audits as well as any special projects or other duties as assigned.
Comply with all federal, state, and local regulatory rules and regulations governing financial institutions, as well as company policies and procedures

Education & Training
Requires High School diploma; continuing education preferred.
Requires 2 or more years experience in commercial collateral or documentation.
Requires understanding of commercial loan documentation and regulatory requirements to ensure integrity of banks legal documents and lien position.
Requires knowledge of Microsoft Office and other bank proprietary systems.
