The Team: Market Intelligence's Commercial Product Management team works in close collaboration with nearly all internal departments - Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, Client Support, Product Management, Content, and Technology. We are responsible for the product management of all commercial technology platforms that support our client facing stakeholders within Market Intelligence. Our delivery of best in class commercial platforms enables our front-line commercial teams to streamline processes and optimize touchpoints with our customers.
The Impact: This role will ensure that our products continue to enable our clients to be successful. Our Product Management team is constantly looking at ways to enhance and improve our products to help our clients get the most out of our business tools.
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,600 to $140,400. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
Responsibilities This role will lead the Commercial Product Management team as they partner with cross-functional stakeholders to execute our product roadmap. Through this process the team will work to develop customer-centric tools and processes that enable our strategy and drive our business forward. Your objective is to manage an effective product management team that addresses the needs of our stakeholders and optimizes the commercial tools portfolio by:
Defining actionable and innovative measures to drive team growth and performance.
Assisting with evolving the product roadmap and execution for Commercial Technology.
Partnering with stakeholders to translate highest priority opportunities into compelling business cases that highlight time criticality and business impact.
Empowering your team to deploy empathetic design focusing on the users' perspective.
Communicating and influencing effectively across all levels: within the team, technology partners, stakeholders, and leadership.
Our Ideal Candidate Will
Have an ability to create team morale; generate a sense of ownership for their work; provide constructive feedback; establish and celebrate key team milestones
Have an understanding of Agile development methodologies and LEAN process management.
Comfort with the way CRM and related technologies can empower the workflow of Commercial personas including Sales, Relationship Management, Marketing, and Client Support.
Strive for continual improvement with an intellectually curious mindset
Want to impact thousands of people by leading teams in the design and build of quality products used both internally by our employees as well as externally by our customers.
3+ years leading agile teams or management experience, 1+ preferred in Salesforce or other CRM platforms
Knowledge of Scaled Agile (SAFe) and LEAN a plus
