The Physician Assistant Program comprises inpatient, outpatient, satellite, and BWH-employed PAs. This position provides a variety of administrative functions for the PA Program and the Medical Director of the Program.??Uses various office software to produce reports, spreadsheets, presentations or other documents as needed. Requires knowledge of Institute policies and practices and may be required to interface with senior management, cross-organizations, internal and external customers and government and community officials which require considerable tact and diplomacy.??

Serves as??point??of contact between PAs and Medical Staff Office??
Maintains all required regulatory paperwork, including credentialing files, reviews, and licenses, in electronic and paper databases??
Onboards new PAs by assisting with??initial credentialing,??licenses, access to resources, and required??trainings??
Coordinates PA timesheets and special??pays??
Works with HR to coordinate PA onboarding, terminations, and promotions??
Maintains the PA intranet site??and Microsoft Teams??
Serves as administrative assistant??for PA leadership??
Supports the Chief PAs and Administrative Director with projects and meetings??
Works with the PA Educators to??coordinate educational meetings, PA students, and shadowing??
Provides back-up to the Administrative Directors of the PA Program and Inpatient Program??

Bachelors??Degree??preferred, but may be substituted for one year of relevant experience??
Must be a flexible, highly collaborative team member??
Possess the ability to maintain confidentiality and pay attention to detail??
Ability to organize, prioritize, and follow-through??
Excellent written and oral communication skills??
Knowledgeable of computer applications including Microsoft Office, Outlook, and Excel??
