Job Description As the Advisor on the Retail Pharmacy Pick-Up Strategy & Innovation team, your primary focus will be on reimagining the customer and colleague experiences and technology for pharmacy in-store and drive-thru pickup. You will leverage data-driven insights and research to gain a strong understanding of the current state experience and systems, while utilizing insights from the broader point of sale landscape and human-centered design principles to establish a future state vision and define a phased roadmap to achieve business value from both an experiential and efficiency perspective.
As a member of this team, you will collaborate, impact, and influence a wide range of cross-functional partners, balancing the enablement of their business objectives at Pick-Up while improving the overall customer and colleague experience. Finally, it is critical that you are able to effectively own the pace and progress of key workstreams on the pick-up roadmap, including product design, IT development, and store deployment.
As the Advisor on the Retail Pharmacy Pick-Up Strategy and Innovation team, your scope of responsibilities will include the following:
â¢ Develop a multi-year strategy to drive improvement at Pharmacy Pick-Up in terms of improved customer and colleague experience and process efficiency â¢ Distill the multi-year strategy into a roadmap of systems and experience enhancements, with clearly articulated value, and gain senior leadership alignment via highly-impactful presentations â¢ Forge cross-functional partnerships with a broad set of business stakeholders to ensure proposed enhancements take into account their objectives and value sources. â¢ Own the design, development, and deployment of key workstreams in the Pharmacy Pick-Up innovation roadmap, serving as a product manager and subject matter expert in the applicable areas.
Responsibilities -Transform Pharmacy Pick-Up: Use strong data analytic and critical thinking skills to define the strategy and multi-year roadmap for Pharmacy Pick-Up. Develop business cases that clearly articulate multiple sources of value and investment requirements, while aligning senior leadership to the vision and strategy. Leverage human-centered design principles to craft solutions that meet / exceed customer and colleague expectations and improve the overall pick-up experience. Promote collaboration across a wide range of cross-functional stakeholders, ensuring the path forward at pharmacy pick-up satisfies persisting and emerging business priorities in a seamless fashion. (60% of time) -POS Oversight and Governance: Host POS oversight committee meetings with cross-functional partners to enable holistic governance of Pharmacy POS performance and the roadmap of innovations. Meet regularly with partners across the enterprise to keep a pulse on emerging updates / trends at Pick-Up and ensure optimal impacts to customer and colleague experiences are at the forefront of collaboration. (20% of time) -Product and Process Ownership: Design, develop, and deploy key workstreams in the Pharmacy POS innovation roadmap, taking ownership of the more granular strategy, systems, experience, and colleague execution. You must gain a deep understanding of the project lifecycle process and develop fruitful relationships with various partners to successfully deliver on results. (20% of time)
Required Qualifications 2-4 years of business / consulting experience
2-4 years of experience developing business cases, strategic roadmaps, and design recommendations aimed at generating leadership / client alignment
2- 4 years of experience developing data-driven insights using technical tools such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, or Tableau
