The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As an Global Product Content Specialist you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Contribute and execute the annual product content plan. Position will understand the overall Marketing Plan and determine best strategies to deliver results on time and on budget
Collaborate with product marketing, tech service and training teams to develop and execute on content marketing strategies and plans that build on relevant online product content to help drive customers through the decision journey
Developing/optimizing and approve content for product grouping (Base-Variant) with eCommerce first in mind.
Leading complex projects while collaborating with cross functional Teams on key functional areas.
Managing and create winning product content for both internal and external audiences
Proactively bring forward ideas for product content creation of digital solutions including identifying where in the customer journey digital solutions best fit
Driving brand and product engagement across multiple multimedia platforms via relevant, scalable design supporting integrated marketing communications campaigns
Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's degree or higher (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
Three (3) years combined experience in digital marketing or marketing communications, focused on digital in a private, public, government or military environment
Technology fluent with good understanding of digital channels (Search experience or eCommerce experience will be additional advantage)
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
Experience in the following is preferable: Windows, Adobe Creative Suite, Adobe Acrobat Professional, Microsoft Office, PowerPoint
Strong organizational and planning skills
Thinks outside of functional role
Certain job positions within 3M require workers to be on-site at 3M facilities and/or at third-party locations.
