The Team: The Office & Screening Product Management team is responsible for data and functionality within our Excel Plug-in, Screening and Office Tools (modeling & productivity) platforms. We work closely with clients, segment teams, commercial and technology to prioritize and deliver product enhancements to these platforms.
The Impact: S&P Global Market Intelligence is seeking a Senior Product Manager to drive the growth, client adoption, and the future roadmap for its Office Tools platform. This role offers exposure to all groups and opens doors for tremendous career opportunities with S&P Global. In this role, you will be responsible for providing direction, managing and supporting execution of new capabilities and the innovation of existing capabilities on the platform as it relates to our suite of Office productivity tools. You will also be responsible for interfacing with internal and external stakeholders to ensure what we build drives real client value.

In this role you will support the adoption of our Office Tools platform (Excel/PPT/Word Plug-in) by contributing to the product roadmap, capturing, and prioritizing requirements, and helping define the go-to-market strategy. Key activities include:
Collaboration with Sales, Marketing, Account Management and Client Services, Content, and Technology--as well as with our clients--to drive adoption of Office Tools and define the product roadmap
Serving as product or project owner on several high profile, high impact deliverables for our Office Tools platform
Driving product roadmap and execution for our Office capabilities
Developing and executing on go-to-market strategies for product rollout
Participate in implementations/deployments of Office Tools, along with in-depth training, at large client accounts
What We're Looking For:
BA/BS in finance, business, mathematics, engineering or related fields
3+ years of relevant work experience (Product Management, Investment Banking, Financial Modeling)
Knowledge of financial modelling, Excel and PowerPoint
Strong knowledge of global financial markets and financial institutions
Highly dedicated, detail-oriented, and energetic personality, with the ability to work and thrive within a team environment
Demonstrated ability to create and deliver complex solution
Demonstrable, directly related product development work experience. Familiarity with major data, research and analytics platforms a plus
Excellent presentation skills - written and verbal. Ability to take on internal and external presentation responsibilities
Uses conceptual and innovative thinking (i.e., identifying new/different solutions) to solve issues. Looks beyond immediate problems for wider implications and determines best path forward.
Knowledge of Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) is a plus, not required
Knowledge of SAFe/agile/scrum a plus
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,600 to $125,000. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
