Job Description CVS Health is seeking an experienced professional skilled in all phases of threat/risk analysis and operational security intelligence. He/she will be responsible for developing analytic products designed to provide key stakeholders situational awareness and strategic warning to reduce operational risk across the enterprise. He/she will also be responsible for producing critical, time-sensitive reports and using various analytical tools. The Security/Threat Analyst will serve as a member of the Operational Threat Analysis Group (TAG), which functions as the enterprise operational risk analysis hub for identifying, analyzing, and actioning threat and risk related information. TAG provides situational awareness and briefings to senior leaders and business partners to ensure a constant state of readiness and capability are achieved to enable timely operational decision-making and response actions to mitigate all-hazard threats, risk events, or crisis situations which may affect CVS Healthâ™s colleagues, customers, assets, supply chain, operations, and brand.
The Security/Threat Analyst will support the Sr. Manager of the Operational Threat Analysis Group and the Senior Director of Operational Intelligence and Global Response in maintaining the overall safety and security of CVS Healthâ™s people, facilities, and assets. The ideal candidate will be an operationally minded, business focused problem-solver, with experience in analyzing threat and risk information to develop actionable intelligence.
Key responsibilities: â¢Support security and resiliency initiatives and strategies â“ using an all-hazards, risk-based approach â“ while ensuring security measures and resiliency processes mitigate identified risks â¢Conduct open-source research to identify potential areas of risk and provide findings through written reports to various internal stakeholders to include senior management â¢Participate in security response activities to ensure they appropriately address the direct effects of an event or incident â¢Respond to requests for information on topics of interest (groups, threats, targets, etc.) as required â¢Assist with the administration of employee travel programs by preparing country briefs and travel advisories for executives and Executive Protection personnel â¢Integrate convergence planning, both physical and cyber, into core security/intelligence and business functions â¢Evaluate Global Security policies, programs, and procedures to effectively protect information and information systems from adversarial threats â¢Monitor emerging threats and oversee the analysis of data from varied sources and perspectives to identify potential areas of impact to the enterprise â¢Assess and catalogue all threats directed at Company executives, officers, employees or facilities â¢Monitor global indicators and alert systems to ensure event/incident details are transmitted, escalated and responded to in an efficient and timely manner â¢Develop meaningful metrics that effectively measure key performance indicators and enhance model-driven solutions and techniques â¢Partner and develop collaborative relationships across the Corporate Security and Resiliency management team for program sponsorship and resources to ensure short- and long-term goals are achieved â¢Prepare and conduct intelligence/security-related training programs â¢Maintain effective working relationships with law enforcement, intelligence and other related government agencies, and private sector security groups â¢Perform other duties as assigned
Required Qualifications - 5+ years of experience analyzing threat/risks in an all-hazards environment with multi-functional partners and teams - 2+ years of experience working in an intelligence capacity with the responsibility of assessing threat information, developing analytical products, and briefing stakeholders within the public or private sectors - 2+ years of experience with Microsoft Office, including utilizing Excel for pivot tables and data extraction

Preferred Qualifications - Experience as an intelligence analyst in the US military, public sector, private sector, or state fusion center developing intelligence products -Experience as an investigator for public or private sector with knowledge of investigative tools and open source research. - Hold a recognized professional certification within operational intelligence and/or physical security management industry (i.e., ASIS International certification) - Experience using various open and commercial data sources - Moderate to advanced experience working with Microsoft Office Tools, Power BI, Tableau, or other data visualization platforms - Experience operating in a highly complex fast paced environment - Masterâ™s or advanced degree/certification in a related field - Demonstrated understanding of policy and procedures for a health care company, including the application of industry best practices - Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication (both verbal and written) skills, as well as the ability to work and collaborate with various CVS Health business units and across all levels of employees, including executives - Sound technical skills and demonstrated aptitude for information analysis with the ability to create concise, accurate and well-written reports with minimal direction - Ability to establish and maintain effective professional relationships with diverse groups of individuals and functions, both internal and external - Ability to adhere to instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagrammatic form - Strong working knowledge of the core concepts of operational intelligence, continuity of operations, and physical security â“ operational experience in these key areas is required - Ability to efficiently manage and complete multiple tasks simultaneously - Instructional and supervisory capability and adaptability
Education - High school diploma or GED required - Bachelors degree strongly preferred
