At its core, the TMD Operations Consultant serves as a strategic partner to the TMD Leadership Team by overseeing internal and external communications and providing operational and project support. Responsibilities include budget management, strategic project delivery, business calendaring and governance, tracking priorities and ensuring accountability, and supporting TMD engagement. The role will report directly to the Vice President of Organization Effectiveness & Change Leadership (Org & Change) and will provide strategic counsel to the Senior Vice President of TMD and the TMD Leadership Team.
Assumes day-to-day responsibility for TMD governance
Establishes the TMD meeting cadence, linked to broader HR governance
Plans TMD Leadership Team's (TMDLT) offsites
Participates in the annual strategic planning with the TMDLT
Manages the priorities of the broader team in light of the HR strategic priorities
Collaborates in building the required presentation materials for CHRO's office
Owns TMD communications
Monitors internal & external communication flow (in/out of global TMD), including ownership of TMD distribution lists
Owns All Hands meeting material preparation and coordination
Ensures follow-up: logs, communicates and tracks actions required in between meetings
Owns TMD calendar of events, milestones, communications, etc.
Owns TMD McKNet and Teams pages
Owns TMD Org Charts
Serves as a goalkeeper for TMD and Org & Change processes, budget and headcount
Manages the budget and tracks performance (monthly, quarterly, annually); serves as the primary liaison between TMD and Finance
Manages the pocket book meetings
Regularly Informs of potential expenses oversight
Provides a high-level view of the different timelines ( calendaring/forecasting )
Support and tracking for special projects performing activities such as kick-off coordination, aligning stakeholders and resources on the request and desired outcomes, reporting outcomes to leadership, etc.
Enables TMD engagement
Coordination of Employee Opinion Survey action team and accountability on action items
Infuse fun and 2-way dialog into TMD communications and activities (e.g., Menti polling, holiday fun)
Supports TMD training and capability building
Creates and updates a TMD dashboard for reviewing key performance indicators
4+ years professional work experience in HR, Talent Management or Project Management
Bachelors degree in HR, Business or related field. Advanced degree a plus.
Positive attitude, collaborative, attention to detail and ability to handle confidential sensitive information.
Expert at excel, PowerPoint, and organization tools.
Builds strong trusting relationships with the Leadership Team
Effective, versatile and action-oriented
