Job Description CVS Health has a robust collaboration strategy and roadmap that is centered around the end-user experience. Leveraging cloud-based toolsets such as Office 365 and best-in-class video conferencing systems like Webex, Microsoft Teams, and Zoom, the Sr Advisor Architecture/Collaboration leads the continuous design and architecture of the highly adaptable and extensible Microsoft O365/Azure platform including design, governance, process control, conditional access policies, application integrations and interoperability, vendor engagement, and monitoring and reporting capabilities.
The Senior Advisor Architecture/Collaboration will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders to estimate, analyze, design, build, implement and support holistic, congruent, and secure O365/Azure solutions. You will work on system and architectural solutions inclusive of O365 and MS Teams governance and governance design, leveraging best practices and industry-leading tools and technologies to provide a superior and fit-for-purpose customer experience for all lines of the PBM, Specialty, Retail and HealthCare businesses.
You will conduct proof of concept work to explore and satisfy particular use cases, architect solutions for extensibility, and continuously improve platform security and usability via participation in, and contribution to, technology roadmaps and plans and user persona standards. You will be primarily responsible to design and architect the platform for the overall health, extensibility, and performance of the O365/Azure platform.
Required Qualifications 8+ years of system engineering and/or platform architecture experience.

Preferred Qualifications â¢ Demonstrated architecture and design principle engineering. â¢ Demonstrated experience of Enterprise solutions including Active Directory/LDAP, SSO (SiteMinder), Monitoring Tools (Splunk, Exoprise), ServiceNow, DLP toolsets â¢ Expertise in Cloud Systems and Applications â“ Azure Active Directory, Azure Resource Groups, O365, PowerBI, PowerShell Scripting and related technologies. â¢ SQL, including Analytical SQL functions â¢ The ability to influence and negotiate with peers and management with an eye toward ensuring the teams are building supportable, maintainable, and secure systems â¢ Presenting to audiences including technical, non-technical, and senior leaders â¢ Managing cross functional initiatives and communicating effectively and confidently with business partners, project team members, and senior management â¢ Previous healthcare experience and domain knowledge â¢ Experience working with data and understand analytics and how it is leveraged within the healthcare/retail industry
Bachelorâ™s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, related field; or Advanced Degree or related work experience.
8+ years of system engineering and/or platform architecture experience; or Masterâ™s Degree with 4+ years of experience in a Senior engineering role.
Education Bachelorâ™s Degree in Computer Science or Engineering field.
