The commercial team consists of New Business Sales Executives and Relationship Managers.
The Sales team are responsible for:
Selling to new clients who do not currently subscribe to S&P Global Market Intelligence products and solutions
Selling additional products and solutions into our existing client portfolio
Maintaining excellent customer relationships to promote growth
The Relationship Management team are responsible for:
Growing the client portfolio by negotiating renewals and expanding customer agreements
Uncovering upsell and cross sell opportunity within the portfolio
Focusing on our user base to promote greater usage within the account
Key Roles & Responsibilities
This role involves researching prospective customers, creation of outreach strategies, and identification of sales opportunities, conducting exploratory conversations with potential customers and executing on a growth strategy across an assigned territory.
The role will involve leading negotiations for new sales to meet and exceed objectives.

Our commercial team at S&P Global Market Intelligence will have a track record of success selling into Corporates and/or Financial Institutions and are from a broad range of backgrounds. Every customer within our portfolio is important , a successful member of the team will be able to manage complex deals and discussion with internal and external stakeholders.
