The Technology Product Management Group is responsible for delivering business value through technology solutions and guiding the product lifecycle for over 100 internal and external applications. This role works directly with the Cloud Architecture team within Ratings Technology. They define and enable target state architecture. The Impact: As Project Manager, you will contribute to the achievement of Cloud Architecture team objectives. You will lead project efforts that directly affect our critical internal systems, with a great deal of autonomy.

We are in search of a highly motivated Project Manager / Business Analyst who is excited about utilizing their technical project management skills to lead projects from conception to completion in an Agile environment across multiple Cloud Architecture and application engineering scrum teams.
Provide overall project governance of any ongoing or new projects assigned.
Produce project plan, schedule, and coordination of all project aspects including budget controls.
Evaluate time, cost, and quality of output by the teams including stakeholder satisfaction of output throughout the life of the project.
Provide status reports of overall project health.
Dig in to complicated technical details surrounding infrastructure requirements.
Define requirements with stakeholders and ongoing stakeholder engagement.
Work with and guide our Product Managers and Engineering Leads to fill in technical gaps in requirements
Support & empower the agile team as a group to be accountable for their work.
Help remove obstacles for the agile team to maintain high levels of quality and performance.
Escalate and eliminate impediments which are beyond the teams' responsibilities to protect the team so they can stay focused on their development work
To be successful in this role, you should:
Have proven experience leading technology projects.
Be a master of identifying, tracking, and managing dependencies.
Be able to work independently and make appropriate decisions.
Have the skills necessary to know when to adjust a process to best serve the project needs.
Have strong communication skills, as well as experience collaborating with partners across an organization.
SKILLS, EXPERIENCE & QUALIFICATIONS:
Diploma or degree in a technical discipline or similar
A minimum of 3 years' experience as a technical project manager
Experience working with Agile methodology
Preferred PMP or PMI Agile Certified.
Preferred Certified Scrum Master or Certified Product Owner credentials.
Familiar or experienced with Cloud Migration, specifically AWS
S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $83,200 - $190,100. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
