The Team: The Marketplace team focuses on defining, managing, and supporting data, analytics and workflow solutions for traditional and alternative data delivered via data feed, API and cloud. This team collaborates cross-segments through product innovation and usability.
The Impact: You will play a key role in the continued improvement and of multiple of the S&P Global Marketplace. You will work alongside S&P Global Technology, Commercial, Content and Operation teams to define executable business requirements that are aligned with client needs as well as the broader S&P Global strategy and goals.

Lead the facilitation of content creation by partnering across functions and divisions throughout S&P Global
Support the actioning of client feedback and ideas to create new content and functionality for Marketplace that adds value to clients
Work closely with product managers and commercial members to understand client-centric workflows utilizing S&P Global and third-party data and solution offerings to create meaningful engagement across Marketplace
Perform analysis, both internally and externally, to recommend product enhancements and improve consistency across the Marketplace platform
Understand detailed business requirements and transform them into actionable user stories
Wear multiple hats to support several Marketplace offerings including the Product Finder, Support Center, Query Library, Content Management System, SSO and entitlement tools
Understand and remain informed on alternative data and Data-as-a-Service trends and use cases across various client segments
Assist in go-to-market activities for product rollout/launches, along with other product management functions, on an as-needed basis
Champion Marketplace both internally and externally
Consistently delivers, simplifies, and innovates to deliver value to our clients
Detail oriented with strong intrapersonal and written communication skills
Proactive with desire to move projects forward that involve multiple stakeholders
Desire to continually improve and create best-in-class products for clients
Uses conceptual and innovative thinking with guidance from senior colleagues to solve complex business challenges
Ability to understand broad implications and balance against short-term goals when designing/planning solutions
Strong communicator able to clearly explain and document business requirements, interact with internal business groups, technology teams, and external clients
Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
History of working well in a team setting and proven ability to deliver results
3+ years in Business Analysis, a Client Facing Role or Product Management
Basic knowledge of agile and scrum methodologies
Experience working with datasets, data schemas and web-development teams
Experience with Snowflake, Databricks, APIs, SQL, Python a plus

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $67,600 to $110,100. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive bonus/a sales commission plan.
