The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Scribing Solutions Engagement Manager, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
Provide day to day oversight of the implementation process to clients on 3M HIS Scribing Solutions in conjunctions with other 3M HIS applications.
Successfully manage the relationship with the client, vendor and all stakeholders to foster a partnership between all parties.
Communicate internal and external messages, enacting as the projects' central point of contact.
Client implementation management through process oversight, status updates, and support management.
Client consulting by coordinating Technical, Operational, and training assistance to optimize system utilization and efficiency.
Client/Executive relationship through liaisons with Sales and client's management team.
Coordinate third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Ensure resource availability and allocation
Develop, communicate and execute a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress
Manage changes to the project scope, project schedule, and project costs using appropriate verification techniques
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or higher from(completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution OR High School Diploma/GED from (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution and a minimum of eight (8) years of experience in healthcare in lieu of the Bachelor's degree education requirement.
Five (5) years of Customer Support experience
Five (5) years of health care industry experience
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:

Healthcare dictation/transcription industry experience
Proven analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills
Collaborates with other teams and other team members
Seeks answers independently
Uses curiosity to further knowledge and skills
Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)
Must be able to work independently as well as part of team
Location: Remote, West Coast Preferred
Travel: May include up to 50% travel
Relocation Assistance: May be authorized
Must be legally authorized to work in country of employment without sponsorship for employment visa status (e.g., H1B status).
