Perform and maintain payroll & benefit deduction audit processes and identify consistent discrepancies.
Ensure labor law posters are current and in compliance at each physical location
Assist in completing applicable government reporting including but not limited to EEO-1and VETS-4212
Assist with Affirmative Action Plan reporting
Assist with internal and external audits as needed
Assist with monitoring HR related compliance training and policy acknowledgement/sign offs for completion
Assist in monitoring compliance within Human Resources and conducting reviews in accordance with the established compliance plan
Assist in adhering to and staying updated on all applicable local, state, and federal laws and regulations
Work with Performance and Onboarding to support I-9 compliance
Assist other areas of Human Resources as needed
All level I duties, in addition to:

Assist with revisions to annual compliance plan
Execute compliance reviews in accordance with the established compliance plan

EDUCATION & TRAINING
Associate's degree or higher preferably in a related field.
Experience in Human Resources or related field.
Requires advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office.
