Northwest Permanente, P.C. is currently seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Adult Psychiatrist to join our growing medical group. This role will work completely virtually. This role will support our Psychiatric Regional Advice Nurse Team initially. This program is designed to improve efficiency of message management between psychiatrists and nurses. This role will also provide consultative advice to our E-visit and Collaborative care teams which include Primary Care, Urgent Care and Emergency Department Physicians. Child and general adult psychiatrists are encouraged to apply.
Our team uses the latest virtual modalities to provide evidence-based, psychiatric treatments, including primary care consults, crisis interventions and medication consultation. It is preferred that applicants have experience with digital technologies (examples include telehealth and/or digital health). If you have no direct experience, then you will need to demonstrate both flexibility and adaptability to incorporate these into your practice as we continue to evolve our virtual care model. A comfort level with concurrent documentation is also needed.
Ideally, this physician will live in OR or WA. We will also consider applicants that live on the west coast or able to relocate to OR, WA, CA, AZ, AL or FL.
