What we're looking for: We are seeking a talented professional to work closely with volunteers and cross-functionally within RSNA to administer the operations of the Association of University Radiologists (AUR), including the AUR Annual Meeting, governance, journal and communications.

What you'll do:
Facilitate AUR governance. Assist in preparation for Board of Directors and Executive Committee meetings and prepare minutes. Serve as primary staff liaison for select AUR committees. Prepare meeting agendas and reports in cooperation with volunteer leaders; staff conference call and face-to-face committee meetings
Manage development and implementation of AUR annual meeting program; establish and meet project deadlines. Serve as primary staff liaison to AUR annual meeting committees, program planners, and RSNA staff teams. Facilitate required documentation for CME compliance from volunteers and sponsors
Administer corporate support activities and industry events planned by Development Committee
Manage AUR journal administration, including advertisements, contract compliance, and sponsored member subscriptions
Prepare email messaged for distribution to AUR membership
Monitor AUR website and provide content updates to web team to ensure site is current
Supervise the Account Manager, Academic Management Services, and promote professional development
Staff assigned functions at the AUR and RSNA Annual Meetings
What you'll need:
Bachelors degree preferred
5-7 years in non-profit management preferred
Ability to supervise and mentor junior staff members
Ability to resolve routine problems and challenges in a consistent, professional manner
Excellent volunteer management skills
Ability to work independently
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Ability to travel 3-4 times per year
