You will work independently in a role covering Europe and Asia Results teams where you are responsible for partnering with different business units, including IO Data, ITG and key Client groups teams, to identify current issues with Results and data delivery. You will also be able to collaborate and coordinate with appropriate teams to help enable appropriate solutions, as well as work with Results leadership to help plan and deliver key projects and initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Establishes partnership with key business units to build SME knowledge of business processes, data, analysis and process needs and current gaps.
- Works with regional and global Results team leadership to identify, data gaps, missing data sets, as well as opportunities for process improvements
- Has a knowledge of Results and attribution process and key deliverables. Is able to communicate this effectively when working with key business partners
- Is able to quickly build a strong knowledge of local data environment, understand and interpret how to navigate different teams involved, in order to bring together the right teams to build a solution
- Serves as a point of contact for functional areas of the business in discussions about new requirements, analysis or systems.
- Ensures that all key stakeholders and SMEs have been engaged and there is clarity on data and system requirements
- Leads in the analysis and assessment of new initiatives, application evaluations, requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Leads relationships with internal and external teams/data providers, to ensure agreed-upon SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Working with relevant others, support Data governance and Data quality rules build out that directly impact and benefit the EU & Asia Results teams
- Provides leadership for the department.
- Keeps abreast of current and possible future internal and external trends, industry best practices, technology and potential impact on established procedures.
- Develops policy guidelines and best practices at the functional level.
- Coordinates and implements newly developed policies, processes and procedures into Results Analysis.
- May participate in regulatory agency and independent audits.
- Manages complex projects to create new processes and practices and resolve cross-group business issues with solid understanding of how the projects impact the organization.
- Stays current on industry best practices around data automation and visualization. Maintain close links with ITG and IO data teams to ensure alignment in data technology planning.
- May work with other analytical groups to perform assessment of demand for complex Results data, or analysis.
- Work with global Results leadership to ensure new initiatives, tools or systems have appropriate controls and procedures around them.
- Support relevant CG \ EACG priorities and growth agenda ensuring their structure and deliverables set the team up for future success and scale e.g. Client Data Delivery, Book Optimisation, Self Service
- Analyse business problems and think big and broad about solutions and associated risks
- Provides input into IT and IO Data backlog prioritization
- Performs additional responsibilities as assigned.
Skills:
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of Results Analysis' policies, procedures, products and services and ability to apply it to work assignments.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of key performance measurement, risk and attribution concepts and ability to apply it to work assignments.
- Demonstrates a working knowledge of reporting visualization tools such as Tableau, SSRS.
- Working knowledge of SQL as well as scripting for automation efforts e.g. R, Python, Alteryx.
- Proven ability to coordinate and deliver projects and key business requirements.
- Demonstrates intellectual curiosity and analytical skills in areas of high complexity.
- Leads assertively. Demonstrates an ability to manage projects across multiple teams or stakeholders.
