This role is responsible for delivering HR transactions in a timely and accurate manner; leading logical conclusions to inquiries; executing against required data received and record maintenance; and understanding of HR policies and procedures requirements. The role works closely with internal stakeholders such as Employee relations, compliance team, HRBP and US stakeholders.
In this role, you will:
Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
Collect data and prepare related operational reports
Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
Furnish information to authorized persons
Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Required Qualifications, US:
2+ years of Operations experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Minimum Educational Qualification - B.Com & PG HR / MBA (HR) related discipline.
Experience of around 1-3 years in working knowledge of some aspect of an HR function, and an understanding of HR policies and procedures.
Basic Microsoft Office Skills to include Word, Excel, Outlook and basic reporting tool
Ability to navigate multiple computer systems, applications, and utilize search tools to find information
Ability to adhere to established attendance policies
Demonstrated ability to work with leaders and team members at all levels and across functional lines
Demonstrated effective verbal and written communication skills
Highly detail oriented with a high level of accuracy
Strong prioritization and follow-up skills
Demonstrated experience establishing and maintaining effective working relationships
Strong problem solving and analytical skills; ability to identify, analyze and solve problems Demonstrates strong communication skills, consistently positive, friendly, articulate speaker who has interpersonal skills.
Demonstrated customer service skills; with a strong ability to handle difficult stakeholders inquiries
Review and respond to HR online requests
Perform quality review and validation of employee records
Utilize HR online tools to research employee information
Prepare and submit employee records for inclusion in the personnel file
Validate receipt of employee records in the online repository
Departmental report creation, analysis with compiling statics to identify trends.
Research and troubleshoot any type of issue related to the personnel file administration
Secondary (what she/he does 20% of the time)
Use HR online tools to redirect inquires to the appropriate team
Document and track quality feedback
Escalate requests to rescind employee records
Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel record policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
Collaborate with internal partners on employee records initiatives
