The Impact You'll Make in this Role
As a Lead Path to Revenue Project Manager you will make a global impact by delighting our customers. We are looking for someone who thrives on streamlining complex processes into elegant and relevant workstreams. Join our team leading a global cross functional team to standardize and harmonize global processes pertaining to Customer Lead Path to Revenue. This role will accelerate global revenue growth by improving the quantity and quality of leads, lead conversion, and cycle time. In this role you will work with the demand generation marketers, marketing technologies teams, and portfolio marketers worldwide to accomplish your goals. This role will also manage the day-to-day interactions with external agency's contribution to the improvements and deployment of the process. The scope of this role includes global standardization and harmonization of the process, key performance indicators, data visualization, integrated & automated technology stack, governance, and associated training.
As a Demand Generation Specialist, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by:
- Drive marketing transformation through sustainable and embedded Change Management.
- Identify gaps, redundancies, and inefficiencies in global marketing process and work with international colleagues to optimize and harmonize processes.
- Facilitate to identify gaps in current technology platforms where the marketing processes would benefit from automation.
- Collaborate with Marketing Centers and Digital Operations to define opportunities to leverage automation and capture business requirements for technology.
- Build on 3M's key marketing performance indicators and facilitate development of analytics tools to aid in daily practice and governance of marketing process.
- Develop overall governance for marketing process to ensure optimal MROI to elevate performance as best practice and identify non-compliance.
- Generate training program for all roles as part of onboarding key process stakeholders. In addition, work with relevant expertise delivery marketers to deploy training including internal and external contributors to the marketing process.
- Apply expert knowledge and extensive experience to improves process and proactively identify and solve complex and diverse problems.
- Lead the development and implementation of improvements and/or solutions to work processes and tools as well as leading for change in support of business and strategic plans.
- Report to management on key milestones and critical business initiatives. Receive additional guidance from the supervisor as necessary.
Your Skills and Expertise
To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M requires (at a minimum) the following qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in Marketing or Business (completed and verified prior to start) from an accredited institution
- Five (5) years relevant working experience in marketing, consulting, professional services or large-scale digital agency or business.
- Expert/master knowledge and experience with B2B demand generation experience CRM processes including sales processes and sales operations analytics
- Experience with one or more of the following technology platforms: Salesforce, Pardot, Marketo, Eloqua or HubSpot
Additional qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include:
- Master's degree in Business Administration
- Four (4) years Change Management experience deploying new initiatives
- Ability to communicate in written and spoken English and a proven ability to lead global projects incorporating diverse perspectives and business needs
