Job Summary: Performs difficult administrative work developing and maintaining programs, services, initiatives, trainings, and organizational cultural realignment strategies that champions the importance and value of a diverse and inclusive community. This position will coordinate and guide efforts to define, assess, foster and cultivate diversity, equity, and inclusion; and will perform related work as apparent or assigned. Work is performed under the general direction of the City Manager. This position is a Non-Represented full-time position. Pay range for this position is $80,828.31 - $105,076.84 and includes health, vision, dental and life insurance.
