The Riverdale Animal Shelter takes in more than 6,000 animals per year, caring for animals at all stages of life. Our newly constructed, 43,000 square foot facility opened in October 2020 includes a state-of-the art veterinary clinic with separate dental and surgery suites, X-Ray, pharmacy, lab, and ICU.
