The Role: OTC Transformation Program Manager (Project Sunrise)
Grade: 11 or 12 (relevant for internal applicants only)
The Location: United States, this candidate ideally will be based near an S&P office and report in on a hybrid work schedule

The Team/Impact: Project Sunrise is a multi-year cross-divisional initiative, aimed at establishing a seamless buying experience and efficient Order-to-Cash (OTC) workflows, through Salesforce CPQ & Billing implementation. The program is looking for an experienced Program Manager who can lead the Financial Systems Salesforce integration. Key responsibilities include working with Division, Technology and Corporate Function stakeholders and value streams to confirm scope, facilitating design discussions, developing an overall roadmap to develop, test and implement the solution, and coordinating stakeholder communications and program reporting.

Proven track record of successful project/program delivery (5+ years in program/project management)

Previous experience in managing complex technical projects
Comfortable presenting, facilitating discussions with senior/executive stakeholders
Focused on enhancing program/project management skills through training/certifications
Using tools such as Smartsheet, Azure Dev Ops (ADO) knowledge is preferred
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Owns the success of the overall Division OTC implementation including Division and Commercial and Technology value streams
Ensures plans are in place for each the overall project and Commercial and Finance Technology cross value streams to gather requirements, establish development, data migration, testing, production cutover, go-live, and post- go-live Hypercare implementation timelines
Lead risk identification and management discussions and coordinates risk mitigation plans
Assist with Design phase project management activities: scheduling, organizing discovery/design sessions, assist with removing project roadblocks
Organize and manage stakeholder engagement and drive focused program participation and accountability
Communicate status and health to Division, Technology and Corporate Function leaders at different levels of interest and project influence
Develop, use, and promote project management tools and best practices
What We're Looking For:
An excellent program manager who has proven experience leading large business/technology transformation initiatives using Agile methodologies
Bachelor's degree (required) in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. PMP & SAFe certification preferred
You have great communication skills, communicate clearly with stakeholders (written and verbal). You know who needs to know what and when
You have the ability to effectively highlight and manage risks up and down the project chain
You have experience facilitating large discussions and leading stakeholders to consensus
You are extremely well organized and stay on top of the next steps
You are a self-starter who is Tech Savvy
Having the knowledge of S&P Global's Order to Cash process, and Divisional Commercial model is a plus.
Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $100,000 to $186,000. Final base salary for this role will be based on the individual's geographical location as well as experience and qualifications for the role. In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
