TheRole: KYC Services is a core component of the overall NRS due diligence workflow process for brokers, custodians, corporates, fund admins, managers and service providers. Our market leading solution is built on Counterparty Manager, ensuring entity data, document collection, tax profile validation, regulatory protocols and self-declarations, legal credit agreements and operational setup information is complete, accurate and up to date. NRS has expanded their delivery of managed services as a service component of our technology and data offering. S&P's role is to reduce cost and provide a more efficient platform for investors, buyside's, corporates, and financial institutions to meet the onboarding and compliance burden while most effectively supporting the need to onboarding client accounts and support financial transactions.
As part of the NRS team the candidate should be able to lead KYC and managed service and outsourcing initiatives in North America regions and other regions when required. Ensure successful delivery of our technology, data and managed service solutions in support of onboarding and regulatory adherence. The candidate must be able to participate and lead regulatory workshops, understand business requirements and challenge working group members on the appropriate implementation of a solution. The candidate must partner with the product teams to design a solution consistent with working group recommendations. Finally, the candidate must be actively involved in determining new opportunities and be an KYC SME to provide presales support and in the derivative, trading, and/or regulatory space and keep close contact with clients to identify the next opportunity. Innovation and customer buy-in is critical to the successful development of all of our technical solutions.
The Team: The NRS team is split across multiple locations, London, New York, Singapore and Delhi and covers Product Management, Development, Sales, Account Management and Operations
The Impact: As part of our rapid expansion, S&P has built 5 new products within NRS and has 3 more in the pipeline which add significant value to our community of users. This is an exciting and growing part of the S&P Global Market Intelligence business with a robust pipeline of customers and the need for dynamic and energetic staff to join our success story.
Responsibilities: ??? Development of regulatory data standards, working with clients to establish statements of work and commercial pricing for deals, and responding for RFIs and RFPs ??? Partner with Sales to engage client and better articulate our data, technology and managed service combined offering ??? Work with Operations to identify training requirements and quality assurance control framework in relation to delivery of KYC reviews; identify and communicate regulatory and policy changes that will need to be operationalized ??? Remain current on relevant AML regulations including the technical standards and ability to articulate required enhancements to current policy standards and broader product offering and services ??? Partnering with other design partner organizations and Subject Matter Experts to maximize product coverage and functionality relevant to KYC and broader onboarding ??? KYC subject matter expert that can lead client conversations and help operations teams with policy interpretations.
What We're Looking For:

Education and experience ??? Experience in relationship management, client presentations, and influencing ??? Practical experience with interaction between buyside and sellside operations including onboarding, settlements, tax, credit, loans and legal ??? Experience managing projects from start to finish and appropriately designing technology to improve operations ??? Have the credibility and capability to work across all levels within an organization to achieve project and product objectives ??? Bachelor's Degree or higher ??? Minimum of 7 years of experience in Financial Services and/or Product Development ??? Experience in operations, technology and/or client relationship management ??? Consulting and project management experience a huge plus

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only): S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $167,000.00 to $ 235,758.00. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.
In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
